Lois Veenhoven Guderian is available for engagement as a clinician, commissioned composer, presenter, consultant, adjudicator and guest choral conductor.
Lois specializes in projects that involve people of all ages in creative work – especially music composition. These projects in the teaching and nurturing of music composition may take many forms: teaching music composition as a subject in itself, as in relationship to classical and popular styles of music, as in song writing, or in interdisciplinary collaborations including helping students to create original musical scores for dramatic productions. Lois creates music and arts curriculum and programs for schools, churches and organizations. In working with administrators and faculty, she can tailor-create programs according to an organization’s unique requirements.
Her versatility also shows in her composing. In her work as a commissioned composer, Lois has written choral, orchestral, band, instrumental, piano and vocal music as well as music texts for schools, churches, publishers and private organizations and individuals.
